  We have been tenants since the beginning and we have had several issues. I put a work order in for a minor repair and while home sick from work, one of the maintenance guys unlocked the door and walked in without knocking. That issue was addressed with mgmt. We caught the pest control company on video coming in and laying down a service slip without actually treating the unit. We had a birthday party at the pool/bbq grill area and when we discovered the outdoor bathrooms locked, I asked the dark-haired girl in the office if she could unlock them. She said “no, they were destroyed a few weeks ago by someone so we are keeping them locked.” After sending several guests in the clubhouse to use the restrooms, she had the maintenance guy unlock the bathrooms outside and they were fine. So she was just lazy as usual and didn’t want to be bothered by the request. We gave advance notice of our intent to use the grill and yet on the day of the party there was no gas which they are supposed to provide. We have neighbors who have folks staying with them for an extended period of time taking up limited parking spaces. We complained and were told “they have permission.” Really? Then why no parking passes? Now we have one neighbor who has moved her mom in along with her boyfriend and neither car has a parking pass. We get letters on the door after each holiday reminding us it’s time to take down our decorations…and I’m not talking weeks after, I’m talking days after, yet the neighbors can have overflowing ashtrays, beer bottles, towels hanging on the lanai railing and it’s fine. We’ve also been told by the office that they are “going paperless” so we could no longer bring in rent checks which is a violation of our lease. As a result, we are currently waiting for a review of our lease as a breach of contract claim may be filed. Management has changed hands three times. The website has changed several times. The water bill is a constant issue. We just caught on camera the pest control company (Bug Free) coming in this time with maintenance to ‘treat’ the apartment but only came in with papers in his hand. I asked Judy in the front office if they sprayed that day and she confirmed they did. After sending her screenshots of them entering without spray, equipment, or tanks, she replied that they treat with gel they keep in their pocket in a syringe. So the entire complex is treated with one syringe? Give me a f@@@%%% break! They lie, get caught, and use every excuse possible to worm their way out of it. My advice, think long and hard before paying out the rear end for this place. It is not worth the hastle. I don’t expect perfection, but don’t lie to me!
