  They are running the biggest scan I've seen in a long time. Charging customer for "anti-glare" and "anti-scratch." Well within 6 months I could not see out of either of the two pair of glasses I bought from Lenscrafters as the "coating" on the lenses had worn off. When I went to speak to them in Coconut Point, here is what the Manager Lori (078408) - who had MAJOR ATTITUDE even before I opened my mouth had to say: "YOU did this to your glasses by cleaning them the wrong way." "We don't warrant anything...we sell you the glasses and what happens afterwards is your problem." When I pointed out that I have been wearing glasses for 50 years and this has never happened before she said she didn't want to hear it - She said she'd give me 40% off another pair (handing me a bill for $478.96). I kept saying I only had these glasses for 6 months and she said there is nothing she can do since I caused the problem. I took the glasses to Vision Works (who were great, by the way, courteous and 2 pair for 1 sale), the optician told me that the Lenscrafter coating was defective and had worn off prematurely. So I had paid $1200 for 2 pair of glasses only six months ago and they were MADE defectively. Please, stay out of this Lenscrafter. Lori is arrogant, obnoxious and disgusting.

  This has to be the worst eyeglass store I have ever been to I just left and walked out I picked three different styles of eyewear
  Then I went and sat down to get my eyes examined waited over half an hour with no signs of the eye doctor to come to take me back to get my eyes examined
  walked back over to look at more glasses just to waste time and they had put all three pair back how dumb are these people sales associate they told me they would hold onto them until I was done with the eye exam so I just walked out and left
