I went there today and Dr didn’t even look at my records to see I was there last week. Then she verbally says she is going to prescribe prednisone to me, which has been on my file for over 25 years that I won’t take it because it was the cause of me having to have hip surgery at 26 years old. Last week they sent my prescription to the wrong Publix and were not polite to me when I asked them to send it to the one in the direction of my home that I originally asked them to send it to. Today as I filled out my patient sheet, I specifically wrote the number, address and the shopping center to send my prescription to. Again they sent my prescription to the wrong Publix and were very upset and rude with me for requesting it to be sent to the right one. I feel like it’s an assembly line at this place. Extremely concerning that they almost prescribed me medication that’s on my file for me NOT to take !!!!!

My 18 year old, college student daughter went in this morning with stuffy and runny nose with a lot of nasty production in her nose and throat as well as a productive cough. She told the doctor her ear was clogged and couldn't hear as well from the clogged ear. She had a low grade fever and felt miserable. She waited an hour and a half and was told there were still 3 people ahead of her. The front desk staff is the only reason I give them a star at all! They said to call first and come back at 4:00. They were very kind and professional.
She went back at 4 and saw the doctor who was immediately arrogant and dismissive. The exam was not thorough, she didn't feel her lymph nodes, which were swollen, barely looked at her throat and said she had a cold. She called in a cough medicine and nose spray. My daughter did not feel as though she was properly cared for and left feeling less than satisfied with the care, or lack there of.
I called and said how disappointed I was and the doctor told me she had an upper respiratory infection with a little fluid in her ear. That's a lot more information than was given to my daughter. I told her she should have treated her with the same respect that would be given an adult. An upper respiratory infection is a bit more than a dismissive, oh you have a cold.
Very slim chance she will be going back there again.
