  We have been shopping at Jared Coconut Point Mall for 3 years and have always loved the professional service and extra special touch they gave with packaging. BUT this year we roamed the store for 5 minutes without a welcome hello, only 5 customers in the store staff truly not busy. When we did encounter a sales person our greeting was “Hey” , really am I at the local brewery or a fine jewelry store? I then ask to see the Pandora rings he’s says I don’t work over there so I will have to get someone for you, really why then did you approach me as I was standing at the Pandora counter?
  He then was told to open the case and show me the rings ... he was less interested in service so now I was receiving service equal to a crowded Walmart. Once I made my decision then realized Jared changed their packaging no longer do we get a beautiful box wrapped in a Jared ribbon ...our daughters get excited about their Jared present when they see the packaging... I asked the sales clerk and he said No they don’t do that anymore... another interesting thing that happened in this terrible experience is St. Jude has a fundraiser with a unique stuffed animal each year which we have gotten each year but this year the sales person never asked and after the horrible service we decided to give to St. Jude another way. Not going back... my husband suggested we start going to the Diamond District local company who is supposed to have great service I will post a review.
