  I love Jimmy Johns but this restaurant is the worst. The staff is rude. What happened to saying hello when someone walks to the counter to place an order? Tonight I placed a delivery order waited an hour called back guy said it was on its way. Waited another 30 minutes still hadn’t showed up meanwhile I live less than 2 miles away. Called back and cancelled the order and demanded a refund. No apology or explanation was given. Just awful
