  If you are looking for a professional well connected and managed firm to work with when either buying or selling a home in Southwest Florida I would highly recommend working with Joe Pavich, Jr
  
  Joe recently sold our town home in Estero for my wife and I. He was recommended by a friend who has dealt with him for several years buying, selling and renting homes in the area. From our first meeting we felt that Joe was the right guy for us. He was attentive to our thoughts and wishes and also had a firm grasp of the local market and what was practical for the sale. We could not have been more pleased with the instant action taken to get things going. Within days of our meeting the ads were out and the offers started coming in. In addition to the quick action on the listing and sale we also had some work that needed to be done on the place and since we live in New Hampshire we were not in a position to coordinate the work. Joe and his staff took care of everything from finding the right contractor to coordinating the work and assuring it was done correctly, on time, and to budget.
